Our two homes on Bay Ridge Ave. (620 & 622) are designed with mirrored floor plans. What that means is they are essentially the exact same layout, except they are the mirror opposite of one another. When you walk into the front door at 620, the downstairs bedroom is on your right, but when you enter 622 the bedroom is on your left.
Here are the key features of our homes:
- Our houses are located just across the Eastport Bridge from Downtown Annapolis
- Each home contains 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps 8 and has off-street parking for 2 cars
- The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet, full bath, king size bed and television
- The two upstairs bedrooms each have 2 twin size beds and share a hallway bathroom
- In 620 there are two twin sized beds in the downstairs bedroom, while 622 has a queen sofa bed
- The downstairs in each home also has a television, digital cable, phone and wireless internet
- The great room in both houses has a gas fireplace, two couches, and an 8 seat dining room table
- Each house has a front porch and a walkout back deck with grill and picnic table
- Our homes have air conditioning, washers and dryers, and dishwashers for your convenience
- Both kitchens contain a breakfast nook and come fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking
